The 32-year-old will return to the event which saw him emerge victorious three times in the past.
Niki Terpstra, the only Dutch rider who has won the Six Days of Rotterdam three times in a row this century, is set to line up again for the competition created back in 1936, where he'll be joined by fellow countryman Jens Mouris. Together, between 5 and 10 of January, they'll ride every evening several events, such as the Madison, keirin, sprint or derny, against 12 other teams.
Niki Terpstra, one of the best Dutch riders of the past decade, victorious in Paris-Roubaix, Eneco Tour and Dwars door Vlaanderen, is also an accomplished rider on the track, where he managed to win multiple national titles and four Six Day races; last of these came in Rotterdam, two years ago, when he partnered with Quick-Step Floors Cycling teammate Iljo Keisse.
