The Omega Pharma - Quick-Step Cycling Team will begin Santos Tour Down Under: Stage 3 at 11 am CST on Thursday. The race is expected to last for three hours and 43 minutes. The 134.5 km race, from Unley to Victor Harbor, features a 9.5 km neutral start. There are SKODA King of the Mountain points on Sellicks Hill at 42.9 km. There are also two Jayco Sprint locations: the first at Victor Harbor Road in Mount Compass, 65 km into the race, and the second at Cadell Street in Goolwa, at the 89.4 km point.

Yesterday's three lap circuit, which included a 3.5 km climb, allowed Will Clarke (Champion System) to maintain enough of a gap to solo to victory. Today's finish, according to Omega Pharma - Quick-Step rider Andy Fenn, will be quite different.

"Tomorrow is a flatter finish, so we will be looking to try and do something again for the sprint, with the feeling that the team is getting stronger together day by day," Fenn said in his race blog.
