Deceuninck – Quick-Step concluded their time in California by visiting our partners Specialized.

Riders Remco Evenepoel, Mattia Catteneo, and Kasper Asgreen were joined by our Technical & Development director Ricardo Scheidecker, Head Coach Koen Pelgrim, and Team Mechanic Nicolas Coosemans at the iconic Morgan Hill base. While there the team spent many hours testing in the wind tunnel in preparation for next season, along with working on future product development with Specialized.

Speaking of the visit, Ronde van Vlaanderen champion Asgreen said: “It is always special coming here. We love with Specialized as we know they lead the way the development of bicycles, wheels, helmets, shoes and equipment, so it is really cool to see where it all happens. Thank you to Specalized for having us.”

This was added to by leader of S-Racing Scott Jackson: “We’ve worked with Deceuninck-Quick-Step for over ten years. They are an integral part of our product development process and the innovation we bring to all riders. We are excited for the 2022 season with how much we accomplished together at Specialized’s innovation center in California this past week.”
