A five-man squad is ready to take on the spectacular one-day race which we won four times in the past.

Held around Gullegem, in West Flanders, on a 9.5km-long circuit, Gullegem Koerse (171 kilometers) will mark Quick-Step Floors' final outing in the month of May, during which our team has racked up six victories, increasing its lead at the top of the World Tour rankings.

All Quick-Step Floors riders to line up for the race have previously raced last week's Belgium Tour, where our squad finished first in the team classification. One of these riders will be Rémi Cavagna (21 years), who impressed in the five-day event, which he concluded in second place, just six seconds shy of a resounding win.

Fourth in the Belgium Tour, a result which augurs well for the second part of the season, Ronde van Vlaanderen champion Philippe Gilbert will also make the team for Tuesday's Gullegem Koerse, together with Tim Declercq, Dwars door Vlaanderen victor Yves Lampaert and Julien Vermote.
